the amount of vigilant military individuals placed on   strategic areas such as  several internal points and entrances (regularly two (2 ) gates). These tall boundaries are very recommended on constructions that will take a prolonged period of time, the use of these very high fences painted in olive green (as used by the military) causes a disinterest of those who are not involved in the job, neutralizing the waiting factor of the beneficiaries, covering the eye of the thief and giving the actual workers a secure and private space of labor.

Once the creation of the different levels are done, molding plans are established and the areas are set onto different graphics we are ready to move into the next step.

SIXTH PHASE.


 This stage is opened up with the analysis of the broad spectrum map shaping into a second more complex and refined ones called sub-divided plans that will be discussed over on the next segment. On the formation of the broad-spectrum plan are contained perhaps the heaviest   tasks done in order to establish a  geophysical capacity committed to ensure reliability  of the given land, making it strong and invulnerable to infiltration and water erosion, at this stage essential massive machine movements are performed to manage the flattening and compression of the terrain to avoid what in geology is known as " run-off " which is the impact  of rain water droplets caused on the surface of the earth, where later the tractive forces end up overcoming the resistance of its particles, called cohesion of soil later to become a dangerous erosion of steep terrain, also known as lateral erosion.
