This department (supervised and equipped with capable and properly trained personnel (veterans in their jobs), masonry, carpentry electricity, gardening etc.,  will be responsible for maintaining and be alert about public areas such as gardens, roads, wiring,  lighting and so on, It is extremely important to note that if the chosen staff is incapable to properly operate or does not follow through with their jobs or simply fall into corruption, inactivity, laziness or poor knowledge and performance of their duties shall be liable to be terminated immediately and properly replaced by one able on the waiting list. These facilities will be equipped with a workshop and machineries where electrical work, carpentry, welding, ironworks etc. can be performed, as well as working vehicles which will remain in these facilities and  confined to the site only to perform works within the pilot area. These vehicles can be pickups or trucks, excavators, bulldozers, cement mixers, garbage truck and so on. (Example: 4th Street (Jose Antonio Paez).  Sidewalk construction and elevated places such as stairs, escalators and entrances to public facilities or clinics etc., must meet building codes for the handicapped or people on wheelchairs, elders, kids or the blind.
Once all specific plans perfectly fit up with the sub-divided plans and also match the broad spectrum plan we have arrived to the conclusion of this stage.

 

NINTH PHASE.

The ninth stage is quite encouraging and fruitful, as you can already see the result of all the efforts made. On this victorious stage we will proceed with the physical construction of housing and social interest sites. Not much you can say about the construction of housing since all  is already determined on previous phases, the building codes of these homes are not in comparison at any moment with  old codes
