The entire construction of all units together will be called Gross construction. This percentage is highly necessary for being so tangible and accurate.
This margin of error will also be applied to the Displacement Area by endowing ten percent more homes of the number of households counted by the teams of social workers.
This margin of error is always used to house families who for one reason or another were not included in the lists provided, that is why it is always necessary and advisable not to use the 100 % of the gross occupational capacity.
Its more convenient and economical for most of the maneuvers to be done at the base of operations due to its proximity.
